TANEYTOWN, Md., Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Taneytown is about to make history. Recovery 180 will open the doors of its new Taneytown location, the first residential Level 3.1 treatment facility the city has ever had and the largest Level 3.1 program in the history of Carroll County.

The opening caps a four-year effort to bring residential addiction treatment to the people of Taneytown and the surrounding region. It took planning, persistence and partnership to get here, and on December 3 the community will see the result for the first time.
