Ten-year Club leader appointed as Mirasol prepares to open major new facilities this fall.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Country Club at Mirasol has appointed Eduard (Eddie) Cristal, CCM, as General Manager, following his service as Acting General Manager and a decade of leadership at the private residential country club.

Cristal previously served as Mirasol's Director of Food and Beverage and later as Assistant General Manager. He assumed the Acting General Manager role following the untimely passing of longtime General Manager/COO Matt Lambert.

"Eddie has demonstrated steady leadership, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to Mirasol during an important period for our Club," said Board President Joe Nigro. "After considerable discussion and deliberation, the Board unanimously concluded that Eddie is the right leader to guide Mirasol well into the future."

The appointment comes at a significant moment in Mirasol's history as the Club continues its $80 million multiphase enhancement program. Several major new amenities are opening this fall as part of the plan, marking one of the largest periods of investment in the community's history.

During his ten years at Mirasol, Cristal has developed extensive knowledge of the Club's membership, operations and leadership team. He has also been closely involved in the planning and preparation for Mirasol's major new facilities, giving him firsthand knowledge of how the Club's teams and services will operate within them as they open.

Cristal also brings a broad hospitality background and strong relationships throughout the private club industry. That experience, together with his knowledge of Mirasol and its membership, will serve him well as he takes on the General Manager role.
