Product and technology leader joins SAI360 to accelerate innovation across its GRC portfolio

CHICAGO, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SAI360, a leading provider of ethics, governance, risk and compliance software, today announced the appointment of Prashant Darisi to Chief Product Officer. Darisi joins the company's Executive Leadership Team and will lead product strategy across SAI360's global portfolio.

Darisi joins SAI360 at a pivotal point in the company's product evolution. Following significant investment in the GRC Elevate platform and continued expansion across risk, compliance and training, SAI360 is focused on building the next generation of intelligent GRC—connecting data, workflows and AI across traditionally siloed areas of risk and compliance. By bringing AI together with the context of an organization's risks, obligations, policies, incidents and controls, SAI360 aims to help customers move beyond automation to proactively identify risks and make faster, better decisions.

Darisi has spent more than two decades building and leading enterprise software businesses, with experience spanning product management, engineering, customer operations and commercial strategy. Before joining SAI360, he served as Chief Product Officer at ETQ. His earlier leadership roles include Everbridge and RSA Security, where he worked across enterprise SaaS platforms, emerging technologies, and global product organizations.

At SAI360, Darisi will oversee the evolution of the company's GRC, Compliance and Training solutions, with an emphasis on creating a more connected customer experience and expanding the role of intelligent automation and AI throughout everyday risk and compliance work.
